after graduation from Bennington, she moved to New York, working there
as a journalist. She worked for the Financial Times of London, the Associated
Press, and even freelanced for Rolling Stone. She’s written screenplays, created
a soap opera, worked as an actress, and now writes novels. Her Milford-
Haven series is planned as a 12 books series, of which she has completed
three, including What the Heart Knows.
David Lawrence
David’s cookbook, Boy Eats World! A Private Chef Cooks Simple Gourmet
is all about having fun in the kitchen and strives to demystify cooking for a
generation that grew up playing Atari, not watching Martha whip up
homemade marshmallows. David’s refreshing, often humorous style and
easy to follow recipes will help even the most timid cook feel at home in the
kitchen. David lives in Los Angeles with his French bulldogs, Carly and
Tucker.
Dora Levy Mossanen
Born in Israel and raised in Iran, Dora Levy Mossanen fled to the United
States at the onset of the Islamic Revolution. She is the recipient of the San

A product of Hollywood’s golden age, Tab Hunter became Hollywood’s
golden boy. His first starring role, at the tender age of 19, was in the romantic
South Seas adventure, Island of Desire. An instant success, Tab went on to
star in more than 50 major motion pictures, including the Academy Award nominated
Damn Yankees. Tab also released one of the top records of the
rock-n-roll era, “Young Love,” which zoomed to #1 on the charts worldwide
and knocked Elvis Presley out of the top spot. His autobiography, Tab
Hunter: Confidential, was a national bestseller. |
